System requirements

Underlying the TUCaN web portal is the “CampusNet Classic” software from Datenlotsen.

To work with TUCaN, all you need is internet access and your personal access data (TU-ID).

Please use one of the following browsers in the version currently supported by the manufacturer:

  • Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
  • All Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Opera, Vivaldi or Brave.
